This is For You. I’m a Buddhist so some of the points in this book are already familiar to me. A card enclosed with the cds lists the disc and track where the exercises are housed for easy reference. This book brought up a lot of things that I never realized about my eating habits and food choices.

I will probably reread this book a little slower and go through the exercises a little later on. But, the book is written in a self-help style, so I suppose jzn not warranted.
