The best thing about this book is that all the exercises are very well illustrated with high quality color photgraphs per exercise, and commentary. Provided are guidelines for working out solo or with a partner, information on complete nutritional programs for different body types and martial art styles, and injury-prevention tips.
Yeah, the “Self Defense Book” is the only one I don’t own. Toryn Green added it Oct 21, Our local barnes and nobles had it. Superfkt guess that tug-of-war idea explains how sometimes, even when people try to do something good, it still turns out bad. Great book from what I saw.
