Must change the beliefs and behavior of people in ways that are directly linked to bottom — line results. Fundamental idea is that goals without plans are just wishful thinking.

We were struck by the fact that there are hundreds of books devoted to strategic planning, CEO profiles, and customer service, but very little on turning strategy into reality. All Mormon talks are exactly like this – a few bullet points, an anecdote, a weak conclusionary statement and a call to action.
It’s not worth reading, in my opinion, because it’s full of jargon and puffery. I am an executor – first and foremost.
